My purpose as an artist is to portray the beauty and color in our world, especially the South Carolina Lowcountry, as I experience them with my eyes and within my heart. The luminosity of watercolor and its freshness make it my medium of choice for this purpose.
I have been painting in watercolors since 2001, and I am passionate about art. I am an associate member of the South Carolina Watermedia Society and an exhibiting member of the Charleston Artist Guild.
